Balancing the urban cityscape with the rural countryside, the human crafted world with the nourishing natural world and the inside with the outside.

  An evening of thought provoking and practical presentations on the fusion of design and lifestyle.
How can good design inside buildings help us connect more and live in tune with nature outside?  
How can the outside built environment work to relieve stress inside the body or affect the internal pattern of our moods? How do our different lifestyles influence the places we live in and the green spaces in between?  
We will explore both the dramatic and the subtle influences of Inside Out and Outside In, and find some practical design solutions and home tips which we can apply to improve our own health and the health of our community while helping to support a healthy environment.
